Responsibilities include daily housekeeping, emptying waste containers, sweeping floors, maintaining parking lots and grounds, and assisting with the transport of vehicles to sublet locations for repairs. Candidates for the Porter position should be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have the physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, standing, and pushing or pulling objects.
