The Porter position at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an integral role focused on maintaining cleanliness and operational efficiency across the entertainment center to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests. As a Porter, you will be the backbone of the venue’s upkeep, responsible for keeping the center spotless and guest-ready from top to bottom, both inside and outdoors. This role requires someone who is diligent, enthusiastic about maintaining high cleanliness standards, and committed to supporting other team members like servers and runners. In addition to cleaning duties, Porters assist with the setup of event tables and displays to enhance the guest experience during events. They are also tasked with quickly identifying and resolving technical issues, such as pin jams and ball return malfunctions, ensuring smooth gameplay and minimizing disruptions for guests. Minor building maintenance tasks also fall under the responsibilities of the Porter, adding an element of variety and hands-on work to the position. The role demands a strong team player who can multitask effectively and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests alike. It is a part-time position, primarily involving evening and night shifts, including weekend availability.
