The role offered is a key managerial position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Regal movie theater. This is a full-time role that involves supervising all theater activities, managing staff, maintaining equipment and facilities, handling cash management procedures, and ensuring compliance with all Regal policies and relevant laws. The successful candidate will be entrusted with fostering a positive work environment, enforcing safety and operational standards, and driving excellent guest relations. This managerial position demands strong leadership skills, technical knowledge of theater operations including projection and audio-visual equipment, and the ability to manage costs effectively. 
Candidates will perform a variety of essential duties including hiring, training, and supervising employees; inventory management of concessions; scheduling and attending to maintenance issues; ensuring compliance with alcohol service certification where applicable; and coordinating marketing and promotional efforts. The manager must ensure that the theater operates smoothly, efficiently, and compliantly while delivering an outstanding guest experience. 
In addition to operational responsibilities, the role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with employees, corporate staff, vendors, and customers. The manager must be proficient in handling guest relations, managing financial transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.                 - High school diploma or equivalent
 - two years of post-secondary education in business and/or two years management or supervisory experience
 - working knowledge of booth and projection technology including maintenance, programming, TMS operation and related projection skills
 - must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol according to state or local laws where applicable
 - completion of legally required state or local alcohol training and certification
 - completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Academy
 - possess good public speaking skills
 - effective oral and written communication skills
 - ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
