The Porter assists in various maintenance activities, encompassing corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks, under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. By managing the upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas, the Porter ensures that each community remains safe, attractive, and functional for residents and visitors alike. Key responsibilities for this role include daily onsite attendance, ground and building maintenance, trash removal, prompt response to maintenance requests, and diligent inspection to identify potential hazards or liability issues. Additionally, maintaining an organized and well-stocked maintenance shop while adhering to safety standards and OSHA regulations is part of the duties.
