The Housekeeping Support Associate will work closely with other Gallery team members to maintain cleanliness and presentation at all levels, including vacuuming, tidying rooms, managing trash, restocking pantries, polishing furniture, and deep cleaning various surfaces. The position also involves light exterior maintenance and landscaping, along with keeping restrooms refreshed and sanitary. This role requires strong organizational skills, physical stamina, and a commitment to quality service. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, mental flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. The physical demands include lifting items up to 25 pounds, navigating the gallery floor and storage areas efficiently, and engaging in activities such as standing, twisting, bending, and climbing for extended periods.
