The Porter position at The Huntington in San Marino, CA is a full-time role with a competitive pay range of $19.00 to $21.00 per hour. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to work a flexible schedule with open availability. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and the beverage station. The Porter ensures that service areas are prepared, clean, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards during peak service and throughout daily operations. In addition to maintaining cleanliness, the Porter plays a key role in operating the company golf cart, facilitating smooth internal transportation on-site. Responsibilities include bussing and clearing tables, washing dishes, cleaning cooking stations, and helping with receiving heavy deliveries while practicing safe lifting standards. The Porter also ensures proper food presentation and adheres to HACCP standards, safeguarding food safety and quality.
