The role offered is part-time, with a schedule of 25 hours per week, primarily Monday through Friday with flexible timing starting as early as 6:30 am. The compensation for this role ranges from $17 to $19 hourly. Additional duties include handling notices to residents, assisting with building upkeep including groundskeeping, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and Fair Housing regulations. Training and development are encouraged, with requirements to complete assigned training and attend staff meetings.
