The role of the Polisher is an essential part of this team, tasked with maintaining the impeccable condition of all glassware, silverware, and plate ware used in service. The Polisher contributes significantly to the overall guest experience by ensuring that all service items are spotless, polished, and correctly stocked for use during dining service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in joining the hospitality industry, with no prior experience necessary. It is ideal for those who are dependable, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team environment. The Polisher will work closely with the FOH team and must be able to manage tasks efficiently while maintaining care and focus on the quality of the materials handled. Duties include polishing all types of glassware and flatware, restocking and supplying service stations with clean items, and assisting team members with other service-related tasks such as filling water pitchers and emptying dish bins during slower periods. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within the team, a presentable appearance, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. This employment is a part-time or full-time position with shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate our service hours.
