We are currently seeking the best Line Cook in the city to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of food quality and service our guests expect. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items in collaboration with the kitchen staff, ensuring dishes are delivered with exceptional quality and timeliness. Your duties will include stocking your station with necessary supplies, keeping the area clean and organized, and cooperating with the rest of the kitchen team to ensure synchronized food delivery. Though primarily a PM shift, you will also assist with the breakfast area by maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses to guarantee a top-tier breakfast experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in guest relations, providing recovery solutions in case of complaints to enhance overall guest satisfaction. ServSafe certification is required for this position, and if you are not yet certified, Blue Flame is committed to helping you obtain it. The ideal candidate will have prior kitchen or food service experience, effective communication skills, a professional and positive attitude, and the ability to work well within a team.
