The Role: The Player Development Manager position at Rolling Hills Casino and Resort is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of $67,900 to $88,300, offering an exciting career opportunity for professionals passionate about casino marketing and player relations. The Player Development Manager is responsible for all essential duties of a casino host, with a particular focus on managing the Player Development department. This role involves resolving issues between guests and the player development team and crafting strategies and actionable tactics aimed at enhancing the casino's profitability through superior player development and customer service. Key responsibilities include generating and achieving revenue goals by identifying and nurturing high-value players on and off the property while also targeting those with potential for growth. The manager oversees the Player Development department’s operations, including staff training, performance evaluations, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. Leading and empowering the Casino Hosts to optimize their interactions with players is essential for maintaining the casino's competitive edge. The Player Development Manager collaborates closely with other departments such as marketing, events, and hotel operations to ensure that all promotions, incentives, and entertainment offerings are communicated effectively to the gaming guests, enhancing player loyalty and rewarding high-value patrons. This role also involves meticulous management of player information confidentiality, compliance with company policies, and regulatory guidelines.
