KC-Housekeeper Full Time (8am-4:30pm)

The Housekeeper position at McCrite Plaza is a full-time role reporting directly to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Responsibilities encompass a variety of cleaning duties such as making beds, washing clothes and linens, cleaning resident apartments and hallways, vacuuming, and performing heavy cleaning tasks including floor care and rubbish removal. This role requires a dedicated individual who can work efficiently and effectively within a team environment while paying close attention to detail. The Housekeeper not only contributes to the physical cleanliness of the facility but also plays an important role in identifying maintenance issues and safety hazards, reporting them promptly to the Supervisor or Quality Assurance Manager. Working hours for this position are established by the Housekeeping Supervisor and may involve flexibility to meet the facility's operational needs. The role demands physical stamina and the ability to operate various mechanical cleaning devices such as floor machines, buffing machines, and walk-behind vacuums. The ideal candidate will bring previous housekeeping experience, demonstrate a professional and positive demeanor, and adapt easily to changing workplace requirements.
