The Pizza Cook is also responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment by following hygiene and dress code policies as well as food safety standards. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with a requirement to work evening shifts. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, standing for the duration of the shift and handling a variety of kitchen tasks such as cooking, equipment operation, and cleaning. • must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card or willing to obtain one
• ability to stand for the duration of the shift with minimal breaks
• ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environments with distracting conditions
• ability to lift and carry 30 plus lbs
• ability to work in hot and humid environments
• good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
• self-motivation and the ability to manage time and accomplish tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• multitask and retain multiple called ticket items
