• At least 18 years of age
• Minimum of two years retail grocery experience
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Outgoing and friendly behavior with positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Ability to give and take direction
• Ability to answer phones and take special orders
• Ability to perform general housekeeping and sanitation
• Ability to operate bakery equipment including knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Ability to stand continuously for up to 3 hours during an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift and transfer trays and items up to specified weights and distances without mechanical assistance
• Adherence to all safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
• Must achieve and maintain a Food Handlers permit
