  • bachelor’s degree or four years combination of education and experience
  • experience as qualified receiver air-to-air refueling pilot flight instructor or receiver aircrew training system instructor within last 5 years
  • minimum of 200 flying hours in USAF or allied nation receiver aircraft or equivalent simulator with at least 50 percent in aircraft
  • ability to obtain or possess a secret clearance
