Midvale Blvd in Madison, Wisconsin, this coffee shop Beverage and Food Preparation Associate role is perfect for someone enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service within a fast-paced retail setting. The position involves preparing coffee shop beverages by brewing, mixing, and blending according to set standards, as well as preparing food items following established procedures. The associate is responsible not only for creating quality products but also for ensuring all food and beverages are handled safely and in a clean work environment. Operating the cash register efficiently to process various payment types, including cash, credit cards, gift certificates, and coupons, is an essential part of the role.
Beyond daily preparation and sales duties, the associate will manage stock and rotate coffee items and merchandise displays, maintain familiarity with current store programs and product locations, and ensure all equipment is used efficiently and safely.
