This role as a Pick-Up and Delivery Driver is a full-time position based at the Dallas location, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy a blend of responsibility, customer interaction, and driving. The primary responsibility of the driver is to safely transport firefighter PPE across various departments throughout the state of Texas using company-supplied vehicles including conversion vans and box trucks. This position requires someone with a reliable driving record, great attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The chosen candidate will benefit from steady work hours Monday through Friday, typically from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, though daily hours may vary depending on the specific delivery route. Aside from just driving, the role demands excellent customer service skills as the driver represents the company directly to its valued clients in various departments. Learning routes through maps and GPS technology is essential for timely and efficient deliveries. The position also involves physically handling gear and equipment, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds being a necessary physical requirement.
