The role offered at the Din Tai Fung location in Costa Mesa, California (South Coast Plaza) offers a rewarding entry point into the culinary world as a Dumpling Trainee. The Dumpling Trainee will be responsible for preparing, folding, steaming, and presenting dumplings in a visible show kitchen, which demands both technical skill and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and professionalism. Trainees will participate in a comprehensive training program leading to advancement opportunities as they transition into Dumpling Prep roles, along with wage increases.
