Managers lead large and complex client engagements by collaborating with ADAS leadership to identify, design, and implement innovative business solutions. Core responsibilities include leading performance improvement projects under tight deadlines, synthesizing key insights from data and client discussions, developing strategic recommendations, and working closely with clients to execute these plans. The work spans a broad range of aviation-related domains such as flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) operations, procurement, resource and network planning, revenue and financial management, sales and commercial distribution, loyalty programs, technology and digital initiatives, air cargo, fleet planning, insourcing/outsourcing strategies, merger integrations, cost optimization, and other performance improvement efforts. \n\nIdeal candidates have 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience with a strong preference for backgrounds in consulting and operations, particularly within airlines and aviation sectors. The role demands strong analytical, communication, project management, and data science skills, along with the ability to perform under pressure and maintain intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial drive. Frequent travel of up to 80% is expected. \n\nThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $125,000 to $190,000 annually, depending on education, skills, experience, and location. The compensation package includes a discretionary bonus program linked to individual and company performance.
