A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice focuses on delivering value-driven services to middle market and large cap private equity firms, assisting portfolio companies to enhance operational and financial performance. This team offers deep functional expertise with specialized services including Aerospace, Defense, Aviation & Space (ADAS), transformation services, manufacturing operations improvement, interim management, mergers and acquisitions services, supply chain, and CFO advisory services. The firm combines industry insight with hands-on consulting methods to produce sustainable results tailored specifically for the defense and aerospace sectors, a critical area often connected to national security and complex government programs.
The role of Manager within the ADAS group is a full-time position open primarily in Houston, TX, but available to candidates across the U.S. This role commands a competitive salary range between $125,000 and $190,000 annually, influenced by education, experience, skills, and geography, along with participation in a discretionary bonus program. The Manager is tasked with leading large-scale, complex client engagements by collaborating closely with ADAS leadership to identify, develop, and implement innovative business solutions. Responsibilities for this role include managing time-sensitive projects by developing and executing performance improvement plans; extracting and synthesizing meaningful insights from data and client discussions; delivering strategic recommendations; and directly working hands-on with clients to implement these solutions. Candidates will also benefit from exposure to a wide range of aviation and aerospace functions such as flight operations, maintenance repair and overhaul operations, procurement, network and resource planning, revenue management, sales, IT and digital transformation, fleet and financial planning, outsourcing, merger integration, and cost reduction initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or related field
