We are currently seeking a skilled part-time bartender to join their dynamic team. This position is specifically tailored for individuals who possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor, essential for crafting a fun and welcoming environment at each event. The bartender will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Typically, shifts last 4 to 6 hours and occur mostly during evenings and weekends, aligning with the scheduling of the various celebrations supported by the company.
This critical role includes responsibilities such as managing bar inventory, setting up the bar prior to each event, and maintaining the bar's cleanliness and organization throughout the celebration. The bartender must also accurately handle cash and card transactions, check identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements, and monitor guest behavior to promote responsible alcohol service. Collaboration with event planners, caterers, and venue staff is expected to ensure seamless operations and excellent client and guest experiences.
The work environment is geared towards special life events that require adaptability, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude. This is a part-time, as-needed role, offering flexibility in scheduling based on event bookings. - Prior bartending experience, preferably in event or banquet settings
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work independently and stay organized during busy events

- must be at least 21 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
- must have ATC-approved license or willing to get one
