This position is open to candidates across all U.S. locations, offering a full-time employment opportunity with a competitive salary range between $125,000 and $190,000 annually, supplemented by a discretionary bonus program based on individual and firm performance.
As an A&M Manager in this practice, you will play a pivotal role in delivering transformative results for private equity portfolio companies by leading and managing complex projects that aim to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance. This role demands a blend of strategic insight and hands-on execution skills, as you will work closely with senior-level stakeholders in the aerospace and aviation industries, including clients connected to the Pentagon and other significant government and commercial entities.
You will be responsible for leading teams through high-stakes, time-sensitive initiatives, developing and implementing performance improvement plans that directly impact EBITDA and operational effectiveness. Your role involves synthesizing insights from data analysis, client discussions, and industry trends to provide actionable recommendations that drive value creation. The scope of projects is wide-ranging and may include flight operations, airport operations, maintenance repair and overhaul, resource and network planning, revenue management, procurement, technology and digital transformation, and merger integration among others.
