Proper Hotel presents an exciting career opportunity for a People & Culture Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Human Resources function while leading initiatives aimed at cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Operating within a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment, the People & Culture Manager will be responsible for driving talent acquisition efforts, managing employee engagement programs, and fostering professional development and performance management practices.
The People & Culture Manager will work collaboratively with leadership and department managers to align HR strategies with overarching organizational goals. This includes managing recruitment processes, onboarding new team members seamlessly, administering compensation and benefits, and ensuring strict compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws. Moreover, this role plays a critical part in resolving employee relations issues, enhancing workplace morale and satisfaction, and supporting wellness programs designed to promote work-life balance and overall well-being.
