The Executive Club Lounge Host position is an exciting opportunity within Choice Hotels’ managed hotels portfolio, which includes branded properties such as Radisson Blu, Radisson, Radisson Red, Park Plaza, and Country Inn & Suites by Radisson. This role is based at the Radisson Hotel Salt Lake City Downtown, a vibrant hotel located within walking distance of downtown attractions and events. The hotel offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment where no two days are alike. The position is an integral part of the Food & Beverage team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service within the private Executive Lounge. In this role, the Executive Club Lounge Host is responsible for creating 100% guest satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service that exemplifies the genuine hospitality standards of the Radisson experience. Responsibilities include greeting executive guests, responding to inquiries, and advising on hotel amenities. The host oversees the operation of the Executive Lounge, ensuring that it remains clean, orderly, and well-stocked, and coordinates guest supplies to meet the high standards set by Choice Hotels. The role also involves handling check-ins and check-outs accurately, staying informed about hotel services, VIP requests, and local events. A keen knowledge of nearby attractions and landmarks is vital to assist guests effectively. Teamwork and communication are key components of this position, as the lounge host collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate supplies, special events, and staffing.
