The Assistant Manager role at Pei Wei is a crucial leadership position responsible for supporting the General Manager in managing restaurant operations seamlessly.                 - Two years management experience for external candidates
 - One year of Pei Wei Manager experience or six months Pei Wei Manager experience plus one year of previous restaurant management experience for internal candidates
 - High school diploma or GED preferred

 - Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs during a shift
 - Must be able to stand and walk for periods of eight to ten hours in length each shift
