The Director Member Experience plays a pivotal leadership role in shaping and enhancing the overall member experience at The Heights Golf Club. This role is critical in driving key success factors such as revenue growth, member engagement, member spend, retention, and satisfaction, all while closely aligning with the club’s strategic plan. The Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Member Experience strategic plan that includes organizing member events, unique experiences, and programs designed to increase engagement and revenue across all club areas. A strong emphasis is placed on managing the new member journey from initial onboarding through early tenure management and implementing strategies for at-risk member intervention with a keen focus on retention.
In addition to crafting and refining member engagement programs, the Director will implement and maintain a robust communication strategy that amplifies the club’s narrative through multiple channels including email, social media, in-club signage, and digital platforms. The role involves continuous innovation and adaptation to meet evolving member needs and industry trends, ensuring that events remain engaging, memorable, and relevant to the diverse member base. The Director will also oversee the Member Experience team, managing project execution, budgeting, staffing, hiring, and training, ensuring the team is well-equipped to deliver high-quality service and engagement.

                - High school diploma or equivalent
 - Minimum of 3 years experience in hospitality, customer relations, food and beverage, private events, or marketing and communications
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel
 - Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
 - Strong leadership and communication skills
 - Ability to manage projects, budgets, and staff effectively
 - Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
