Specializing in pediatric physical and occupational therapy, the company emphasizes a holistic approach by providing care directly in patients' homes, allowing children to receive personalized, compassionate treatment in a familiar environment. With a strong commitment to its core values of care, integrity, and professionalism, Circle of Care has become recognized for its therapist-led management and individualized care model. The company takes great pride in its proprietary compensation model known as The Care Package, which ensures some of the highest pay rates within the Texas pediatric home health sector. The role also includes supervising Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) following the guidelines prescribed by the Executive Council for Physical Therapy and Physical Therapy Examiners, ensuring quality and compliant patient care through supervisory visits and case conferences. Circle of Care fosters an environment of continuous professional development, supporting therapists through ongoing staff development activities, peer mentorship, and continuing education assistance.
