Friendship Village Tempe is currently seeking a dependable and compassionate Part-Time Server to join its Assisted Living dining team. This role is essential in delivering an excellent dining experience for residents by providing attentive service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.23 to $17.85 per hour, depending on experience, and operates within a no-tipping policy, ensuring fair and transparent compensation for all team members. The work schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 4:15 pm to 7:30 pm, including holidays, making it an excellent opportunity for those seeking part-time work with consistent hours. The Server will be responsible for serving meals with a positive attitude, keeping the dining area orderly, and creating a warm, friendly atmosphere where residents feel valued and cared for. This role plays a vital part in enhancing the daily lives of residents by bringing joy to every meal served. Successful candidates will be at least 16 years old, possess or be willing to obtain a food handler's card within 30 days of hire, and acquire and maintain a valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
