The role of Pavilion Concierge is essential within this elegant setting, specifically responsible for managing all vehicles entering the Lodge Complex. This role serves as a crucial first point of contact, offering guests warm greetings, clear directions, and seamless communication with the Guest Services team to ensure the highest standards of hospitality. The Pavilion Concierge must memorize and deliver scripted directions accurately, handle interactions with professionalism and composure even during high-pressure or busy situations, and be able to operate independently while fostering positive relationships with guests and team members alike.
Given the prestige of Pebble Beach Company and the quality of service expected, the Pavilion Concierge must be intimately familiar with daily resort activities, anticipate potential guest concerns or issues, and uphold company culture including its mission, values, and standard procedures. This position demands flexibility to work any day, including holidays, and the physical ability to stand for extended periods. Communication skills, both written and verbal, are vital for success in this role, as is the capability to present a professional appearance and demeanor.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $16.50 plus service charges, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
