We are currently seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Event Planning Manager to join our distinguished team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution to ensure our guests enjoy unforgettable experiences at our historic venue. Your responsibilities will include working as a liaison between customers and the hotel sales team, providing direction and supervision during meeting, banquet, and event functions. The Event Planning Manager plays a critical role during events, available to address challenges and offer alternative solutions when necessary, ensuring seamless execution of every detail. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics involving group room blocks, food and beverage arrangements, public meeting spaces, and billing processes.                 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
 - Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience preferred
 - At least 1 year food and beverage industry experience
 - Proficiency in negotiation and contract interpretation
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications
 - Professional demeanor and confident presentation
 - Effective interpersonal communication skills
 - Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure
 - Experience using hospitality sales CRM systems
