  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 3 years experience as a pastry cook in hotel restaurant country club or similar industry
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment operations and maintenance
  • Understanding of measurements conversions nutrition and diet
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Must provide photo samples of dessert and pastry creations
