The Temecula/Vail Lake KOA is currently seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join their food service bar-tending team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for those who enjoy interacting with people and thrive in an engaging and fast-paced atmosphere. The successful candidate will primarily float between bartending, bar back duties, and operating the mobile beverage cart, especially during peak times on weekends. The position involves diverse responsibilities including preparing and serving drinks, managing inventory, cashiering orders, and ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health codes. Employees will work under the supervision of the Food & Beverage Department Manager and be scheduled for shifts mainly from Thursday to Sunday, with occasional weekday shifts during high occupancy periods. Work hours typically range from 8am to 11pm, totaling about 5 to 20 hours per week depending on campground demand. Pay is competitive at $16.50 per hour plus tips, reflecting the role's focus on excellent guest service and flexible scheduling.
