The opportunity available is for a Passenger Service Manager based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an exciting position within the fast-paced and highly dynamic environment of international aviation. This role is integral to the day-to-day passenger service operations at one of the busiest international airports. The Passenger Service Manager will play a key leadership role in managing the Passenger Service team to ensure consistently high and safe performance standards. This includes responsibility for planning, resource allocation, regulatory compliance, customer relationship management, and the ongoing professional development of the team. The successful candidate will work closely with airline customers and airport authorities to meet and exceed service expectations and regulatory requirements.

- Previous management experience and a demonstrable track record of passenger services success
- excellent communication skills
- ability to build an excellent working relationship with staff, airline customers, airport authorities and suppliers
- possess 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures
- organizing and planning skills, with the ability and initiative to react effectively and quickly to unexpected circumstances
- must be able to lift at least 70 pounds on a continuous basis
- must be able to pass a ten-year background check as required by US Customs
- must pass a pre-employment drug test
- must have current driver’s license with no violations over the past 5 years
