This opportunity is for a full-time Food Supervisor position based at Concordia University Wisconsin, featuring afternoon and evening shifts with varying schedules including some weekends and holidays. The compensation range is competitive, offering between $19 and $23 per hour. The Food Supervisor role is integral to Sodexo's food operations, specifically overseeing various service lines such as fast casual dining, coffee and counter service, cafeterias, events, banquets, casual dining, and cafes. This position requires a dynamic multitasker who can lead and coordinate service employees effectively under the direction of management to ensure smooth daily operations and deliver a high-quality customer experience.
The Food Supervisor acts as a pivotal support to management by overseeing key operational functions and employees, ensuring compliance with safety standards, facilitating orientations and training for new team members, and resolving customer concerns related to quality and service.
