This role is vital to supporting dealership operations by ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of parts across the Tri-State region. As a Parts Runner, you will be essential in maintaining smooth operations for service departments and wholesale accounts by managing scheduled deliveries and pickups with precision. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The Part Runner will liaise daily with parts managers and internal teams to coordinate delivery priorities, verify invoices with purchase orders, assist technicians, and maintain meticulous records of all activities. Physical ability to lift automotive parts and adaptability to perform moderate physical labor in indoor and outdoor environments is necessary. The role demands adherence to all company safety protocols and traffic laws, along with upkeep of delivery vehicles and workspaces. • At least 1 year of experience in a similar delivery or parts-related role
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with delivery routing and time management best practices
• Ability to lift parts and perform moderate physical labor
