The role of part-time Client Care Representative is central to our mission. As the frontline face of Peavine Animal Hospital, you will be the friendly and welcoming point of contact for clients and their beloved pets. This position involves much more than just answering phones and scheduling appointments; it requires an empathetic approach combined with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. The Client Care Representative serves as a compassionate bridge connecting our clients with the high level of veterinary care their pets deserve. You will be responsible for making positive first impressions, managing multiple communications efficiently, and ensuring seamless coordination of appointments and patient flow.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a pleasant and efficient experience for every client and their pet from the moment they enter the hospital or contact us. Your duties will include greeting clients warmly, managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism, accurately gathering and documenting client and patient information, and coordinating with veterinary teams to ensure that all necessary preparations and follow-ups are completed. You will also maintain a clean and inviting reception area, reflecting the professionalism and care that defines Peavine Animal Hospital.

- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a customer service role
- Proficiency with computers and multi-line phone systems
