We are currently seeking a full-time VIP Host to join our team at Southland Casino. This pivotal role focuses on supporting the production and implementation of multi-purpose content tailored for both internal and external audiences, ultimately enhancing our guests' experiences. As a VIP Host, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued VIP members, maintaining the VIP Lounge, managing check-in processes, and efficiently updating guest information within the database system. Your responsibilities include providing VIP guests with information, promotional items, and rewards, ensuring their visits are memorable. The VIP Host also plays a critical role in assisting guests with hotel and restaurant reservations, coordinating RSVPs for on and off-property events, and managing comping decisions based on the guest's loyalty status and level of play. This position requires you to help plan and execute high-end player events, creating exclusive experiences that strengthen guest loyalty. We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, basic math ability, and familiarity with computer tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and the MICROS system. The candidate must be flexible, able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and be on call when necessary. • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Arkansas Gaming License
• Customer service and basic math skills required
• Minimum of 1 to 3 months of related experience preferred
