Part-Time Trash Collector - Evening Shift

We are currently seeking dedicated part-time Trash Collectors, also known as Service Valets, to join our team. This role focuses on keeping apartment communities clean and orderly by collecting trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps and transporting them to the onsite trash compactor. Unlike traditional trash collection jobs, this position does not require heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping, which allows for a more manageable and focused set of responsibilities. The role is physically active and involves walking across property grounds, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in various weather conditions, providing an engaging way to stay active while working. Employees in this position utilize a mobile application on their smartphones to log arrival and departure times, track services, and note any non-compliance through photos, ensuring transparency and quality control. This job offers evening shift work primarily from Sunday through Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM, making it an excellent option for individuals seeking evening employment schedules. The position offers around 10 to 15 or more hours per week, earning $20 per hour with potential for higher pay if the employee owns a truck or trailer. Assignments are conveniently located close to employees' residences whenever possible, emphasizing the company’s consideration for work-life balance. This role is ideal for individuals at least 18 years old who are authorized to work in the United States and can manage physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, walking long distances, and climbing multiple flights of stairs during shifts.
