We are currently seeking part-time Trash Collectors, also referred to as Service Valets, to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of apartment communities. This position is perfect for individuals seeking active work, flexible schedules, and meaningful part-time employment. As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash and recycling bags directly from residents’ doorsteps and transporting them to on-site trash compactors. Importantly, this role does not require you to lift bulky items, drive off-site, or perform dumping duties, making it accessible and straightforward. The job is hands-on and physically engaging, involving walking the property, climbing stairs, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Service Valets use a smartphone-based company app to log service activities, including arrival and departure times and documenting any non-compliance through photos. This technology integration enhances efficiency and accountability. Part-time Service Valets enjoy competitive pay ranging from $21 to $25 per hour with morning shifts primarily scheduled Sunday through Thursday starting at 8 AM. The position averages around 10 to 15 hours per week, with assignments located close to employees’ homes whenever possible, reducing commute times and balancing work-life commitments.
