Spa Brezza is excited to introduce a Part-Time Spa Receptionist to their welcoming Mission Bay Resort family. This role is ideal for individuals who have a passion for hospitality and customer service within a spa environment, and who thrive in a serene, detail-oriented workplace. The Spa Receptionist acts as the first point of contact for all spa guests and club members, playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience. Responsibilities include managing bookings, cancellations, and schedule adjustments with accuracy and care, as well as providing guests with detailed information about available treatments, special offers, and spa amenities. The role requires someone who is both personable and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor.

- Experience in a spa environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
- Ability to successfully maintain a work area that is clean, sanitized, organized and fully stocked maintaining a professional presentation
- Previous experience in reception, front desk or customer service spa or hospitality preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using spa booking software
- Availability to work weekends, holidays and mornings or evenings according to business needs
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
