Associates in this role receive detailed training in food safety, product preparation, customer service, cash control, and operational procedures, ensuring that every guest enjoys high-quality service and products. This role requires associates to prepare fudge products and assist with other food service duties as assigned by management. It includes responsibilities such as maintaining food safety standards according to state and local regulations, managing food storage and inventory, supporting cash control protocols, and helping train new team members. The ideal candidate will be dependable, professional, and uphold SCHEELS’ standards for cleanliness, appearance, and attitude.
