SBM Management is currently seeking a Custodian/Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a dependable and hardworking individual with a strong inclination towards customer service and teamwork. The Custodian/CSR position plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction. Employees in this role are entrusted with various custodial duties such as floor care, surface sanitation, waste management, and light maintenance work. Moreover, the role requires effective communication skills to interact positively with coworkers and customers alike. The Custodian/CSR must be able to follow explicit oral and written instructions, demonstrate good judgment, and may be called upon to train new employees or demonstrate work methods. Responsibilities also include adhering to safety protocols, using appropriate personal protective equipment, and presenting a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The position is full-time, with shifts running Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and offers a competitive wage of $17.75 per hour.   • Must have reliable transportation
  • Less than high school education or up to one month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
  • Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
  • Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
  • Knowledge of basic arithmetic including adding and subtracting two-digit numbers and multiplying and dividing by 10s and 100s
  • Understanding of American measures such as money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance, and volume measurements
  • Required to have a valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle, including proof of vehicle registration and insurance
