The Retail Employee / Project Specialist role is an essential, customer-facing position within The Container Store, geared towards delivering an outstanding shopping experience while supporting store operations. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule that may include daytime, evening, weekend, and early morning shifts, catering to the dynamic nature of retail hours.
