We are currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team on a Tuesday through Thursday schedule. This position is an ongoing temporary opportunity with the potential for long-term engagement, operating from 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. each day, including a one-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, representing the association with professionalism and warmth in an in-person role.
The Receptionist will play a critical part in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment within the office. Duties include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone communications, and supporting meeting logistics and general office functions. This role requires someone with a high level of professionalism, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Teams, is essential, along with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and changing office dynamics. - Previous experience as a receptionist or customer service representative
