The Residential Concierge position operates from the Residential Lobby, serving as a vital touchpoint between the residents and the range of personalized services available. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and an intuitive understanding of each resident’s needs, ensuring maximum satisfaction. Responsibilities include responding promptly and courteously to various homeowner requests, providing recommendations based on local insights, managing communications and packages, coordinating with service providers, and maintaining access control for security purposes. The role also involves ensuring a pristine lobby environment and delivering exceptional hospitality aligned with Four Seasons’ brand values.
Ideal candidates bring one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury setting, preferably with prior experience at Four Seasons. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency with office software and hospitality management systems such as HotSOS and Keytrack are essential. The position demands flexibility in scheduling, including availability on weekends, holidays, evenings, and occasional overnight shifts.
