We are currently seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to our mission by delivering resort-style food and hospitality. The Sous Chef will work collaboratively with the Executive Chef, Community Managers, and other culinary and dining team members to ensure an outstanding dining experience that complements our resort-style living.
This is a full-time position with a work schedule that includes lunch and dinner shifts from Tuesday through Saturday, with evening meals ending early at 6:30 pm, providing a great work-life balance and no late nights. The role of the Sous Chef is crucial in maintaining a scratch-based kitchen environment where meats, fish, vegetables, soups, eggs, and other foods are cooked safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a dynamic menu featuring diverse cooking styles, all while ensuring that the food presentation is appealing and consistent with a resort-style atmosphere. You will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our expert Executive Chef, gaining valuable culinary leadership experience and providing support in the Executive Chef's absence. Additional responsibilities include monitoring and stocking the Chef's Pantry, maintaining accurate temperature logs, and upholding our core values through every interaction and culinary creation.
