This role is for a Part-Time Receptionist working the afternoon shift at the Corporate Office located in El Paso, TX. The receptionist will be the initial point of contact for employees, visitors, and the public, providing courteous and professional assistance. This position involves answering and transferring phone calls, taking messages, providing information about Goodwill's services and programs, and performing general office functions including filing and mail distribution. The receptionist will also maintain records for various internal programs such as the Voucher Program and manage company vehicle logs. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word, strong organizational skills, and the ability to function effectively in a busy reception area. Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, are highly preferred to efficiently serve a diverse community. The role entails working Monday through Thursday from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12 Noon with some flexibility.
