• At least six months of housekeeping experience
• Ability to be physically active including bending, pulling, pushing, lifting
• Experience interacting courteously and professionally with guests, residents, co-workers and public
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and maintain composure in emergencies
• Reasoning skills for understanding issues and providing feedback
• Proficiency in English
