The role typically involves working three days a week, from 8 am to 4 or 5 pm, with opportunities to pick up additional hours as needed for coverage. This position is hourly, with pay ranging between $15 and $20.58, reflecting factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and internal pay equity evaluations. In this capacity, the Patient Concierge ensures the accurate and timely processing of patient information and appointments while maintaining compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
