This particular opportunity is for a Barista role within one of Full House Resorts' café or quick service outlets. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving authentic coffees, espressos, and other café beverages to guests, while also ensuring a high standard of guest service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the service areas. The position demands a friendly and composed demeanor, especially during busy periods, and involves operating point of sale systems and handling cash accurately. The role also includes tasks related to food handling, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety standards such as First In First Out (FIFO) for product freshness and allergen separation. This position offers a dynamic work environment where the Barista will collaborate closely with other departments and contribute to the overall guest experience. 
Ideal candidates for this role will have a passion for coffee and excellent communication skills that translate into outstanding guest interactions. Experience using manual espresso machines is preferred, along with the ability to perform under pressure and solve problems efficiently. The Barista role requires availability and flexibility in scheduling, and a commitment to punctuality and regular attendance.
