The Line Cook position at Augusta Marriott is a pivotal role within the kitchen department, directly reporting to the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager. This hourly non-exempt role offers compensation between $12.00 and $16.00 per hour, varying based on experience and education, with availability of both AM and PM shifts, catering to the operational needs of the hotel. The Line Cook is responsible for the preparation and cooking of food items in alignment with Marriott standards, quality controls, and recipe specifications. This role requires a strong commitment to hygiene, precision, and teamwork, ensuring that food reaches guests promptly and meets the highest culinary standards.
